A mouth-watering experience your guests will never forget!

The first thing we provide is a big pot or our state of the art “lobster steamer” 

We fill the basket with aromatics such as a variety of spices, cut oranges, lemons, heads of garlic, onions, Tabasco sauce and red pepper flakes. Please let us know if anyone is allergic to anything or does not like it a bit spicy. Also important to know if anyone does NOT like lobster or seafood.

We will substitute a deep fried turkey or chicken for those unfortunate enough not able to enjoy lobster.

Next we add the potatoes to the water and let them cook for 10 minutes before adding the corn, artichokes, onions, lobster, shrimp and mussels.

When the boil is ready we lift out the basket, shake off the water, and dump the contents onto a newspaper-covered table.

At this point just stand back and hear all the oohs and aahs of your guests.
